Industrial saturated dry steam free of impurities and corrosive agents ,maximum pressure is 8bars.
Feed water demineralized ,free of silicate ,free of chlorine, ammonia volatile substances etc,pressure demand is 1-2bar.
Dry compressed air without oil,minimum pressure 6bar .
Validation documents:DQ,IQ,OQ,PQ.
Product Feature

Condenser,evaporator is double tube sheet design.
All parts which is connect with feed water ,pure steam and condensate water is SS 316L.
Ensure the welding quality ,automatic track welding use the arc for protection.
Inside surface electro chemical polishing to ensure the stainless steel surface smoothness,outside surface is mat finished.
It can use non paper recorder to achieve no paper record ,or use paper recorder to record critical parameter.
Low point drainage.

Sampling is accessible for quality checking purpose
