Product Name:Ultra Filtration as Pre-treatment Part
Classification of Ultrafiltration Membrane
The structure of UF Membrane can be divided into plate frame type(plate type) ,Hollow Fiber Type,Tubular Type ,Coil Type and so on .Among them ,the hollow fiber UF Membrane is the most mature and advanced form of ultrafiltration technology .The outer diameter of Hollow Fiber Membrane is 0.4--2.0mm,the inner diameter is 0.3--1.4mm,hollow fiber tube wall is filled with microporous, the pore size can intercept the molecular weight of the material expression, the interception of the molecular weight of up to several thousand to hundreds of thousands. The raw water flows by pressing of outside side of hollow fiber of inside the cavity ,that forming external pressure and internal pressure type of hollow ultrafiltration membrane respectively .The UF is a dynamic filtration process ,the intercepted molecular can be drained with concentrate without blocking the surface of the membrane and can run continuously for a long time.
